Can my order still be delivered when I'm not home?
Given the alcoholic nature of our products, it is required by law that the delivery is received and signed by a person who is 18 or above.
How long do the
cocktails last?
Our cocktails can last long; however, we recommend them to be consumed within 3 months as to not compromise on taste. When opened, keep it refrigerated.
How long does
delivery take?
We dispatch your order at maximum 3 business days after it is placed, except when indicated otherwise (usually during special events).

Using Australia Post, deliveries to metropolitan areas take:
For standard delivery, 5-7 days (at AUD 9.99)
For express delivery, 1-3 days (at 12.99)

Deliveries to WA, NT and regional areas may take a tad bit longer, but no longer than 14 days. Delivery times may also be affected by AusPost delivery restrictions and/or local emergencies, in which case you will be notified.
What if my order is
damaged upon arrival?
When this happens, please email us at hello@monsieurmartini.com with a brief detail about the condition and please also attach photos of the damage along with the packaging that shows delivery label on it. If upon investigation your request is approved, we will email you immediately and fully refund your item.
