Margarita
Ingredients:
Tequila, triple sec, lime, sugar (ABV 18.6%)
Instruction:
Shake with ice, strain, garnish with the lime wheel, and serve chilled. (Optional: rim glass with salt)
When an order is received, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and action it as soon as possible.
We have a 7-day refund policy. This means that we can fully refund your item or exchange your product within 7 days of the item being delivered (subject to evaluation and inspection — see below paragraphs).
You are eligible for an exchange or a refund if the product is not sealed properly, expired and/or damaged upon arrival. When such situation happens, contact us at hello@monsieurmartini.com with the proof of purchase (receipt), photos of the damage along with its packaging with the delivery label visible on it. Once we receive your email, we will immediately investigate and evaluate the situation. If your request is accepted, we'll refund/exchange your product you as soon as you receive the confirmation email. For refund, it may take between 3-7 days for the amount to be seen on your bank account. For product exchange, it may take between 5-7 days for the product to be delivered at your door.
We dispatch your order at maximum three business days after it is placed, unless indicated otherwise (usually for special events where delivery dates are within a window—in such cases, you will see more info on the product page).
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. For metropolitan areas, deliveries take:
for standard deliveries, 5-7 days at AUD 9.99
for express deliveries, 1-3 days at AUD 12.99
Deliveries to WA, NT and regional areas may take slightly longer, but no longer than 14 days. Delivery times may also be affected by AusPost delivery restrictions and/or local emergencies, in which case, you will be notified.
Given the alcoholic nature of our products, it is required by law that deliveries are to be received and signed by a person who is 18 or above. As such, in the case where you are not home, we cannot leave your order at the door. However, you can obtain it at AusPost collection centre as indicated in the delivery notice by AusPost.
